Re. William Thomas Millliken was born in Cargill, Ontario. He graduated from Chicago Seminar of Sciences in 1901 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In 1904 he earned a M.A. at Ewing College, Ewing. Illinios, William received his PhD in from the same institution in 1908 and he completed his D.D. at Crozier Baptist Theological Seminary in 1911. Rev. Milliken was Dean and acting head of Western Baptist Seminary from 1929 until 1934 when he became President of that institution. he married Emily Mosher of Fort Francis, Ontario on May 4, 1895 and they reside in Portland, Oregon.

William married Emily Frances Mosher. Emily was born in 1865; died in 1942 in Oregon, United States; was buried in Lincoln Memorial Park, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
