Friends may call at Ihe Tubman Funeral Home, Weslboro Chapel, 403 Richmond Road at Roosevelt, on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
