    Donna Lynn Squire, 54, of Cambridge and formerly of Mitchell passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.
    Beloved wife of Mark Squire. Loving mother of Lucas, Zachary and Kylie Squire. Dear sister of David Smyth (Sharon). Dear sister-in-law of Lynn Hoegy (Maynard), John "Jack" Squire (Sandra) and Heather Patterson. Dear niece of Ross and Cathy Duncan, Mary and Bill Cooper. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews and cousins.

    Predeceased by her parents George (2002) and Gail (2014) Smyth, brother Douglas Smyth (1973), father-in-law and mother-in-law Lloyd (2004) and Jean (2013) Squire and brother-in-law Rod Patterson (2006).

    Donna was a member of Wesley United Church, Cambridge. She was also a member of the Eastern Star, Exeter and previously, the International Order of Job's Daughter, Bethel 4 ? initiated Oct 19, 1977. She was Honoured Queen (1982) and Miss Ontario Job's Daughter (1983-1984). Donna graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Nursing Program at Fanshawe College in 1987 and later obtained her Bachelor of Education, Adult Education from Brock University in 2017. She was a RN in the Surgical Unit at Cambridge Memorial Hospital and part of the Conestoga College Nursing Faculty ? International Nursing Program.

    Donna enjoyed cottaging in Muskoka and boating on the Trent Severn Waterway. She spent summers with the kids at the cottage every year since 2003, enjoyed travelling and taking family vacations. She was famous for her Long Island Ice Teas at the Tiki Bar at the dock and enjoyed "twinkle time" sitting on the dock with a glass of wine. Donna loved teaching and nursing and always said she had the perfect job teaching Internationally educated nursing students, helping them prepare to nurse in Canada.

    Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and at the Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St Andrews St, Cambridge on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Donna's funeral service will be livestreamed on Monday at 1:00 p.m. All are invited to join by clicking "join livestream" at the time of the service.
