Alvina Maria Cooke (1877 ? 1923), John Edwin Cooke (1880 ? 1943), Martha Cooke (1882 ? 1962), Richard Caleb Cooke (1884 ? 1904), Edith Jane Cooke (1886 ? 1954), Susan Ellen Cooke (1888 ? 1951) and Sarah Olive Cooke (1891 ? 1963).
He married a 3rd time to Marguerite Churchill on Oct 30, 1906.
