?/b?The death of Gladys Eveline Garland age -88 years of 903 Avenue X, North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan occurred in a Calgary hospital on Wednesday, February 1st, 1984. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 6th at 1:30 P.M, from the Chapel of Saskatoon Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Fred Davies. (In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jubilee Home, Lloydminster, Alberta or a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated). Surviving are: her son, Hamish (Anne) of Llovdmin-ster, Alberta; her daughter, Ish-bel (Douglas) Cormack, of Calgary, Alberta; seven grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William James Garland in 1976. Mrs. Garland resided in Rosetown for many years before retiring to Saskatoon in 1952. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Royal Canadian Legion, Rosetown and was a long time Phoning Secretary tor the Girl Guides of Canada, Saskatoon Area Council. Interment will lake place in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. (Courtesy parking south of the Chapel on 4th Avenue at 25th St).
