    ?/b?Christ Church Cathedral was scene of the wedding when Sharon Elaine, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Harvey Butler, became the bride of John Jerry Predyk, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Predyk. Dean N. C. Burke officiated at the doyble-ring ceremony. The bride wore a gown of Chantilly lace over pleated nylon and tulle, the skirt sweeping to a small train. Her jewelled coronet held a fingertip French silk illusion veil. Matron of honor was Mrs. Til-lie McGee, the groom's sister, who wore a turquoise lace and net gown with matching picture hat, and carried a bouquet of yellow carnations. Also attending the bride, Miss Anne McLeod and Mrs, Francis Yaremec wore Identical gowns in pink and green respectively. Both carried carnations, Miss McLeod's blue and Mrs. Yare- mec's pink. Lome McGee, nephew of the groom, was ring-bearer. Best man was Bill Predyk, the groom's brother, and Jim Ward and Grant McGee were ushers. Following the reception, the couple left for a honeymoon trip through Washington and Oregon.

Harvey Butler passed away at the Mayfair Nursing Home on January 11, 1986 at the age of 93 years, beloved father of Sharon Predyk and dear grandfather of John, James and David Predvk, all of Cal gary. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Mary MacDonald, Winnipeg, Manitoba and bv numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased bv his wife Abbie Leafie Butler on December 26, 1976 and by thirteen brothers and sisters. He was born, raised and educated at Renfrew, Ontario and later moved to Saskatchewan, where he farmed and owned and operated service stations and then moved to Vancouver, B.C., where he also owned and operated services stations until his retirement. He came to Calgary in 1968 and resided at Calgary since. Funeral Services will be held at LEYDEN'S "CHAPEL OF REMEMBRANCE" (18 Avenue & 2 Street S.W.) Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. with Rev.     ?b?MRS. MARY BUTLER DIES AT BLADWORTH.
    BLADWORTH ?/b?- Death claimed one of Bladworth's earliest settlers and the oldest resident, Oct. 3, when Mrs. Mary Butler, widow of the late J. P. Butler, died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. William Conlin of Knob Hill district. A few days ago Mrs. Butler suffered a slight accident, injuring two ribs. Mrs. Butler was 91 year of age last March and up to the time of her accident was very active with complete use of all her faculties. She often came to town with her daughter, Mrs, Conlin, and enjoyed visiting her many friends and attending the various meetings and community gatherings.
    Mrs. Butler's maiden name was Mary Lyons, and she was born in Carleton county, Ontario, coming west with her husband in 1907 from Renfrew, Ont, and a family of 12 children. Mr. Butler predeceased her in 1933.
    Six sons and four daughters are left to mourn her. Hilliard of Moose Jaw, George E. and Norman E., both of Bladworth; Sam of Renfrew, Ont.; Hawley of Calgary, Alta.; Harvey of Fort Qu 'Appelle; Mrs. John Baird of Moose Jaw, Mrs. John Conlin of Moose Jaw, Mrs. D. A. MacDonald, Winnipeg; Mrs. Wm. Conlin, Bladworth. Two daughters, Gertrude (Mrs James Smlth, Saskatoon), died in 1919, and Maud In 1889. A son, John, died at Winnipeg in 1937 and two other sons, Clarence and Howard, died in Infancy, making a total of 15 children. There are 30 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
    Funeral services were held Saturday in Bladworth United church with Rev. W. McWhinney officiating.
