Peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke on Monday September 28th, 1998 in her 92nd year. Myrtle McKibbon (nee Cochrane) ot Pembroke, Ontario. beloved wife of the late Samuel J. McKibbon. Loving mother of Glenna MacKenzie (late Ambrose) of Petawawa, Ontario, Mary McBride (Norman) and Beverley Heideman Willard) all of Pembroke. Predeceased by her daughter Velma Owens and an infant son and daughter. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Carrie Biesenthal (late Edwin) and George Cochrane (Louise), all of Pembroke. Daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (nee McClelland) Cochrane. Predeceased by her brother, Cecil Cochrane, and her sister Elsie Brash. Visitation: Relatives and friends may call at the Murphy Funeral Home, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday (Today) 2 4:30 and 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday morning, September 30th at 1 1 o'clock, with Rev. David Nicholson of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Cemetery, Micksburg. In memory of Mrs. McKibbon, donations to the V.O.N. Civic Complex, would be appreciated by the family.
