-Mr. Patrick O'Keefe, of Huntley, brother to Mr. D. O'Keefe, of this town, died on Tuesday, after a short illness, from congestion of the lungs. He leaves a wife and family to mourn his death.

Patrick married Catherine Flynn in 1873. Catherine (daughter of John Flynn and Elizabeth Kelly) was born in 1852 in Ramsay Township, Lanark County, Canada West; died on 16 Jul 1889 in Huntley Township, Carleton County, Ontario, Canada; was buried on 18 Jul 1889 in St. Michael's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Corkery, Ottawa Municipality, Ontario, Canada.
