    Peacefully, with family by her side at the Almonte General Hospital, Rosamond Wing, on Friday, December 14, 2007, at the age of 86.

    Loving wife of Murray McRae. Alice will be missed by Lynda (Jim Foster), Don McRae (Joyce), Catherine (Jim Wood), Anne McRae (Bruce Monteith), Heather Massender (the late Lyle), Jim McRae (Gillian Espie), Howard McRae (Caroleann), and their families. Survived by 11 nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the Rosamond Wing nursing staff and Dr. White for their care.

    Friends may call at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, Ontario on Monday, December 17, 2007, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.

    For those who wish, a donation to the United Cemeteries or Zion-Memorial United Church would be appreciated.
