Predeceased by 2 sons, Merton and Stewart. Dear sister of Mrs. Rebecca Munro and Mrs. Maggie Munro. Predeceased by 1 sister, Flossie and 3 brothers, Irvine, Ernest and Tom. Also survived by 31 grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren. Predeceased by 1 grandson and 1 great-grandson. Friends may call at the C. R. Gamble Funeral Home & Chapel, 127 Church Street, Almonte, for visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 7 p.m. and where service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 2 p.m. Rev.     There passed to rest on Thursday, Jan. 15th, a respected resident of the neighbourhood in the person of Mrs. James Foster. Born in Darling Township. a daughter cf the late Robert Scoular and his wife Mary Rintoul. She was in her 71st year and the last surviving member of the family. Her husband predeceased her in November. 1926. She is survived by nine children and 24 grandchildren, namely Mary, Mrs. Vadboncoeur of U.S.A.; Rebecca, Mrs. Harold Munro; Margaret, Mrs. Gilbert Munro; Jessie. Mrs. John Munro of Clayton; Miss Flossie J. of Almonte; Roy R. of Cut Knife, Sask.; Ernest, Irvine and Thomas of Clayton. The funeral was held from the home of her son, Ernest, to Greenwood Cemetery. Middleville, on Saturday afternoon and was conducted by the Misses Hunter and Clarke. The pallbearers were Wm. McKirdy, Wm. Rintoul, Chas. Virgin, Alex Virgin, Thomas Price and Thos. Thompson.
