Audrey was born at home to Helen and Billy Gray, July 21, 1919; sister to Douglas Gray. She was full of warmth, courage, patience and wit. She married Leonard Hogarth and had Gary, Dennis, Brenda and Bill, all of whom created huge challenges and endless opportunities to practice her love and patience. Her endurance was an inspiration. She loved a smart game of duplicate bridge, planting flowers and her years at Sylvan Lake with Monte, Doris and Marg. At her request, there will be no Services held. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Mustard Seed Street Ministry (102 - 11 Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 0X5).     City Oil Man William Gray Dies A Home

    William Ewart Gray, prominent Alberta oil man and financial broker for 50 years, died Monday at his home at 2718 Montcalm Cres.

    Mr. Gray was president and managing director of he brokerage firm of Gray, Byrne and Co., and co-founder of the Anglo-Canadian Oil Co.

    Born in Windsor, Ont., he came west in 1905 with the Canadian Pacific Railway accounting department. Prior to entering private business Mr. Gray worked with the accounting department of the Canadian Western Natural Gas Co. Ltd.

    Besides his wife, Helen, he is survived by a son, Douglas, a violinist in Vancouver; and a daughter Mrs. Audrey Hogarth of Calgary.

    Mrs. Harriet Jane McKittrick, 85, died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. William E. Gray, 2718 Montcalm Crescent, Sunday, following a brief illness.
    Born in Manotick, Ont., Mrs. McKittrick had resided in Calgary for the past 30 years. She was a member of Knox United.
    Surviving are three sons, J. G., of Wilkie, Sask.; S. A., of Portland, Ore.; and W. N., of Wells, B.C.; two daughters, Mrs. Gray, Calgary, and Mrs. M. R. Chappell, of Sidney, N.S.; one sister, Mrs. Dave Cummings, of Ottawa; and 20 grandchildren.
    Her husband died 37 years ago at Ashton, Ont.; and a son, Thomas R., died in Calgary, April 23, 1943.
