    A Memorial to be Registered pursuant to the Statute of the Province of Upper Canada in that case made and provided of an Indenture Bearing date ?b?the eighth Day of May in the year of Our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and Thirty Two?/b? made between James Simpson of Goulbourn in the County of Carleton in the province of Upper Canda yeoman of the one part and Elinor Lancaster of the same place Widow of the other part Whereby the said James Simpson for and in consideration of a Marriage intended to be shortly had and solemized between the said James Simpson and Elinor Lancaster he the said James Simpson covenants and agrees and hereby binds himself his heirs, executors, administrators and asigns to the full and entire fulfilment of the grants and conditions therein after written, (that is to say) the said intended marriage having been duly held and solemized and thereafter should the said James Simpson depart this life before the said Elinor then and in that case the said Elinor is to have, hold occupy and enjoy during her life (having a reference to the conditions therin after stated) The one fourth part or Twenty Fve Acres of Lot no. four in the ninth concesion of the Township of Goulbourn of which he the said James Simpson was then possesed in fee simple subject neverless to the following conditions
    "that is to say" should the said Elinor (after the death of the said James Simpson) again marry or without other marriage of the said Elinor at her death the said land to revert as follows. That is to say & in the event of issue from the said marriage of James Simpson and Elinor then and in the cases before mentioned the said lands are to revert and become the property of such issue in portion or portions as may be further decided upon by the two nearest relatives (then over age) but in the event of no issue from the said marriage then and in the cases afore mentioned the said lands are to revert to and become the property of the children of the said James Simpson by a former marriage in the proportions and positions as the said James Simpson may will and direct.
