Death of Mrs. B. F. Mutchmor
Much regret is felt here at the news of the death of Mrs. B. F. Mutchmor, of Hamilton. Mrs. Mutchmor was well and favorably known in Gore Bay where she resided with her husband for many years, moving to Hamilton about six years ago. It was learned some time ago that she was suffering from a malignant growth, and that her ultimate recovery doubtful but many were not looking for her death to occur so suddenly. Many of the residents of our town will remember Mrs. Mutchmor as an ideal hostess and the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mutchmor was the scene of a great deal of entertainment while they lived here. Mrs. Mutchmor was a staunch Presbyterian and was identified with church work to a great extent. Her passing is the cause of keen regret in this vicinity. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Olcot Titus, also a sister Mrs. J.A. Mutchmor, all of Hamilton.
