?/b?On October 7, Mrs. Ruby Muriel Kidd of Calgary (formerly Edmonton and Leduc) passed away in Calgary at the age of 84 years. She is survived by her son, Doctor Edward G. Kidd of Edmonton and daughter, Mrs. L. G. (Katherine) Barlow, Calgary; six grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. George (Flossie) Todd in Ontario. She was predeceased by her husband. Doctor Clarence Butler Kidd in 1946. Mrs. Kidd was a Nursing Sister in the Canadian Army Medical Corps during World War I. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p:m. on Thursday at Hainstock's Chapel with Reverend Doctor E. J. Thompson officiating. Interment in the Edmonton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may te made to the Red Cross Society. Hainstock and Son, Limited, 10541 81 Avenue, Edmontcn.

Ruby married Dr. Clarence Butler Kidd, M. D. in 1919 in Calgary, Calgary Census Division, Alberta, Canada. Clarence (son of James Garland Kidd and Catherine Stewart) was born on 25 Apr 1887 in Beckwith Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; died on 24 Mar 1946 in Edmonton, Edmonton Census Division, Alberta, Canada; was buried in Edmonton Municipal Cemetery, Edmonton, Edmonton Census Division, Alberta, Canada.
