  Married: ?b?Wears Groom's Mother's Veil?/b? At her marriage, Saturday, to Pte. Roy Douglas McKitrick, RCASC, Katherine (Kitty) Smart made a lovely picture in her long-lined gown of white silk jersey, with which she wore pearls, and an orange blossom coronet which caught a misty veil of fine silk net which had been worn by her groom's moth er. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Smart, while her husband's parents are Mr. and Mrs. William Norman Mo Kitrick. Nuptial rites were read in Ryerson United Church by Dr. E. D. Braden. Miss Joan Smart attended her sister as bridesmaid wearing a full skirted model of romance blue silk jersey, featuring a sweethpart ncklace and long torso. Mr. Arnold McKitrick was bestman, while guests were ush ered by Messrs. Doug Could, Clare Cunningham and Doug Foreman. Following a reception at the bride's parental home, the couple left to honeymoon on Vancouver Island.
