At a quiet house wedding at the home of the brides parents, Mr. ahd Mrs. Lloyd G. Armstrong, Prince George, B.C., Thelma Agnes Nee (nee Armstrong) nursing sister, formerly of the R.C.A.F. station at Jericho Beach, B.C., became the bride of Fit. Lt. Robert Evans Young, M.B.E., eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Mortimer Young of Regina. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. F. E, Runnals of Prince George in the presence of a few friends. Both the bride and groom were attired in their service uniforms. The bride was attended by her sister. Miss Geraldine Armstrong and the groom was supported by Fit. Lt. John T. Gibson, officer commanding the R.C.A.F. station, Prince George, B.C. The happy couple left by plane the same evening for Vancouver where they will spend a short honeymoon before going to Flight Lieutenant Youngs next assignment at Kamloops, B.C. Flight Lieutenant Young is a member of the R.C.A.F. permanent force.
