Blanton on July 3, 1926 in Blaine, Washington. She resided in Seattle for 55 years. She was a member of Laurelhurst United Presbyterian Church and the Elderbloom Club. She was the mother of Harold Blanton of Packwood; Mrs. Martha Cournau of Tacoma; Mrs. Hazel McKenzie of Sacramento, California and Mrs. Gladys May of San Francisco, California She also had five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She died on April 24, 1960 in a hospital in Seattle, Washington. She had lived at 2023 43rd Avenue North. Funeral arrangements were by the Home Undertaking Company with cremation to follow.
