(49056762) --- Excerpt from The Calgary Herald, March 14, 1955, page 23: Mrs. Anna Mitchell, 62, of 317 7th Ave. N.E., died Friday in the General hospital. She was born at Glasgow, Scotland, and moved to Winnipeg 44 years ago. Her husband, Horace Richie died in 1949 and Mrs. Mitchell came to Calgary at that time. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Duncan McKenzie of Calgary; Mrs. Stanley Clark, McKenzie Island, Ontario; and Mrs. Claude Haryett of Emison, Ontario.
