The bride wore an aqua marine gabardine suit with brown acces sories and corsage of white orchids. Miss Helen Carter of Washington, attended the bride, wearing gray ensemble with trimming in darker tones, matching hat and corsage of American Beauty roses. Robert Rover. Washington, attended the groom A reception was held at Bolling Field officers' mess. Out-of-town guests included Miss Florence J. Slater, Regina, and Miss Margaret M. Slater, Muncie. Indiana. Lieut, and Mrs. Abbott left by plane for Boston where they will stop at the Copley Plaza to visit friends. They will travel by plane to Bangor. Maine, where Lieut. Abbott will be stationed with the 14th. fighter group, U.S.A.A.F. The groom is a graduate of the University of West Virginia.
