Keith is the only son of Mrs Elise Bingham, Peterborough and the late W. Oswald Bingham of Almonte. Keith is survived by four children, Bill of Genelle BC, Diane, Kevin and Glenn, all of Oshawa, sisters Helen (Mrs Robert Davis) of Peterborough and Doris (Mrs Stuart Currie) of Sudbury, as well as six grandchildren. Private family service was held at the Armstrong Funeral Home in Oshawa on Sat Sept 10, 1988.
