  	John was the youngest son in the family. He worked as a contractor and carriage maker until his retirement. He was married twice, first to Mary Morphy and secondly to Mrs. Edith Twiggs. John was the father of William T. and Herbert Lyons and Mrs. John Boland. He died at age 85 from a stroke and was survived by his wife, his son William, and his daughter.
