On Wednesday, January 10, at 3 o'clock Emily H. Simpson, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Simpson of South Sumas was united in Marriage to E. G. Hogg of New Westminster. The ceremony, which took place In the Methodist church was performed by the Rev. R. M. Thompson. The bridesmaid was Miss Lillian Simpson, sister of the bride, while Mr. Dave Brown of Vancouver supported the groom. The bride's bouquet was ophelia roses while that of the bridesmaid was carnations. During the ceremony Mrs. W. H. Parlett of New Westminster, accompanied by Mrs. J. A. Conley, sang "Until." The wedding march was played bv Mrs. Hill. The bride's present to the groom was a gold watch chain and locket, while the groom's present to Hie bride was a pearl necklace; to the bridesmaid a brooch and to the best man a set of cuff links. A few intimate friends and relatives attended the wedding break - fast at the home of the bride. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Parlett of New Westminster, Mrs. J. A. Conley of Vancouver, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Toop, Mrs. and Miss Hemphill, Mrs. A. Unsworth, Mrs. G. Travis, Mrs. Adams, Mrs. and Miss Campbell of Camp Slough, Mrs. Sorrenson.
