  	Information below from Contributor #50479821: Andrew Haggart was born on November 2 1870. He came to Loring with his parents and located 200 acres of land in Hardy Township. He cleared several acres and built a log cabin. In 1895, Andrew went back to Scotland and married his childhood sweetheart, Elizabeth Gibson and brought her back to the cabin in Spring Creek. They had five daughters: Margaret, Janet, Emily, Bessie and Ellen. Andrew was a farmer but worked mostly as a camp cook. Information from McConkey Corners book.
