  	1939, Thursday March 9, The Almonte Gazette front page Catherine Ann Naismith Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Naismith, Ninth Line of Ramsay, were deeply shocked to learn of the death, Tuesday morning of their nineteen months-old daughter, Catherine Ann after a two weeks' illness of pneumonia. Surviving, in addition to the parents, are two sisters and two brothers, Elsie, Betty, Robert and William. The funeral was held this afternoon from the family home to the Auld Kirk Cemetery vault, Rev. C. D. McLellan of Bethany United Church, conducting the services.
