  	Ottawa Journal January 31, 1910 Mr. John Ingram, one of the best known and highly respected citizens died last evening at the residence of his son-in-law Mr. James E. Schwerdfager, 62 Baird Street. Deceased who was 64 years of age, had been ill for nearly two years. Previously he had been in the employ of the T.W. Currier Co. for some thirty-five years, during which time he carried out his duties with greatest faithfulness. At one time, interested in military affairs, he was a veteran of the Crimean War and the Fenian Raids. He leaves a widow and one daughter, Mrs. James Schwerdfager; two sons, Messrs. William of the Eclipse Mfg. Co; Wesley of the T.W. Currier Co.; also two brothers, Messrs. Robert of the Ottawa Electric Co; James, of the W.C. Edwards Co., and one sister Mrs. Peter MacDonald, McLeod Street. Another brother Mr. Joseph Ingram, died about seven months ago. The funeral takes place tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from 62 Baird Street to Taylorville Cemetery.
