Cherished aunt of Sharon Blenkam (Ernie Hebert) and Geoffrey Blenkam (Eileen). Great aunt of Michelle, Nicole and Kaitlin. Predeceased by her step-father W.T. James. Jean was born in Renfrew County, attended school and lived in Appleton and Carleton Place. She worked in the Federal Public Service for over 30 years. Friends may call at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev Robert Condie officiating. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery. .
