Loving brother of Penny Ellis (Chris), Peter Gilmour, and Robert Gilmour (Irene). Cherished uncle of Julie, Brad, Sarah, Mike and their families. David was a strong self advocate, representing all people with an intellectual disability. He will be sadly missed by everyone privileged to know him.
