Debbie was a lifelong resident of Carleton Place and will be forever missed by her family and many friends. Daughter of the late Irene (Shail) and the late Allan Lowe. Loving wife of 49 years to Gilles Roy. Mom to her precious daughters, Koraleigh Roy, Vanessa (Sean) Lamothe, and Stacey (Desmond) Devoy. Nana to Haven and Tye Lamothe, & Michaela and Loughlin Devoy.
