GIBBONS - The anglican Emmanuel Church here was the scene of a late afternoon wedding when AW Kathleen Ann Fraser, RCAF, became the bride of Cpl Chester Putnam, U.S. Army. at a ceremony solemnized by Rev, Allan Hooper. The bride is the daughter of Mr, and Mr John Fraser, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs, Forrest Putnam, all of Gibbons. For her wedding the bride, given In marriage by her father, wore the summer uniform of the RCAF complemented with a corsage of yellow roses. Miss Patricia Marion Fraser was her sister's only attendant, wearing a turquoise blue wool frock with a pink hat and white accessories. Pink carnations formed her corsage. Mr. Roy Putnam, brother of the groom, was best man. Mrs. Emily Oliver played the wedding music. For the marriage of her daughter, Mrs. Fraser wore a navy blue checked nylon taffeta dress with accessories In white to contrastl. Mrs, Putnam, mother of the groom, wore a rose colored suit with white accessories. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Seven Seas to the Immediate families. The bride is stationed at Falcon Bridge. Ont., and the groom, who , returned recently from Korea, la stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash.
