Mr. Manning had been employed with the C.P.R. for thirty-two year. He came from Manitoba in 1938 and had resided in Calgary since that time. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by one son, Lloyd of Calgary; three daughters: Verena Troute of High River; Sharon Banman of Crabrook, B.C. and Shirley Kirby of Calgary; twelve grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Ella Smith of Vancouver, B.C. and Mrs. Merle Levagood of Edmonton.
