The Rev. W. E. Schank officiated. The bride wore a floor-length gown of nylon sheer over taffeta. Raised appliques outlined the scalloped bodice and her shoulder-length veil of nylon tulle fell from a crown of aurora borealis and pearls. She carried a single - mauve orchid bouquet surrounded with stephanotis. Bridesmaids were Misses Violet Pametta and Bernice Dabko. They wore blue peau de soie street - length dresses with matching shoes and pillbox hats. The bridegroom was attended by Messrs. Bill Parker and Ray Lasco. Ushers were Messrs. Bob Thompson and Ray Bohach. At the reception in the Legion Hall, Misses Beverly Malcolm and Elinor Newman presided at the guest register. Mr. Lou Pavelich, master of ceremonies, proposed the toast to the bride. Following a trip to Penticton, Kelowna, Banff, Calgary, and other points west, the couple will reside at Ste. 2 2015-7th St. The bride and bridegroom are graduates of the University of Saskatchewan.
