  In hospital Smiths Falls, Ontario on Sunday, April 17, 1988, Mary Ellen (Nellie Acton) in her 91st year. Wife of the late Harold Bennett. Loved mother of Harold, Jean (Mrs. Harold Coleman) both of R.R. 6, Smiths Falls; Irene (Mrs. Keith Brunton) of R.R. 3, Ashton; Edwin of Vanderhoof, B.C., sisterin-law of Mrs. Anna Acton of Smiths Falls Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grand-children Predeceased by 1 sister Irene Acton, brothers Edwin, Howard Tom, Ivan and Russell, infant son Kenneth and infant great-grandson Scott Brunton. Friends may call at the Blair and Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Funeral Service will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday, April 19 at 2 p.m. Interment Franktown Union Cemetery. In memoriam donations to St. James Anglican Church would be appreciated.
