  	Elsie Doreen (Bowman) HILL June 23, 1924 ~ July 27, 2014 (age 90) peaceful passing on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Rose Villa, Rosetown, Sask. Cherishing her memories are: Barb Slocombe (Ron Hay), Byron & Muriel Hill, Val & Don Rawson, Cal & Janice Hill, Carol & Andy McKechnie, Vera & Jim Sweet; Mike & Joanne Hill; as well as her 28 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; her brother and sister-in-law Earl & Nancy Bowman; Howard's extended family and numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Howard; her parents Art & Elsie Bowman; her brother and sister-in-law Ralph & Muriel Bowman; her son-in-law David Slocombe; and great-grandson Chase Cordes. Mom was a hard working farm wife raising seven children with no modern facilities till after her children were born. She spent time baking bread, cookies, cakes, etc., cooking, cleaning and gardening as well as milking cows and helping out with the farm. She was a loyal Life Member of the Rosetown Royal Purple Lodge. She will be missed by all of her family and many dear friends.
