  	Francis C. Neuman, 36, of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, veteran of World War II, died Thursday morning at Veterans Administration Hospital Wood, where he had been since August. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church. The Rev. D. L. Krembs will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Neuman was born Nov. 11, 1925, in the Town of Buffalo, Marquette County, son of Joseph and Verona Helniak Neuman. He came to Manitowoc with his parents in 1939 and attended St. Boniface Parochial School. He married Helen Cain Aug. 7, 1947. A veteran of World War II, he was a technician-5 with the Army, serving in Company C of the First Tank Battalion from June 22, 1945 to July 31, 1946. Before his illness he had been employed a general maintenance contractor at Manitowoc for 16 years. He was a member of Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wife, five sons (names omitted for privacy); his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Neuman of Manitowoc; seven brothers (names omitted), and three sisters (names omitted), Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. by Holy Name Society and St. Andrew Parish.
