  	Obituary for Kathleen Thomson Thomson, Kathleen Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday July 13, 2014; Rachel Kathleen "Kay" Thomson (Nee Coxford), at the age of 94 years. A native of Almonte, Ontario and long time resident of Mississauga, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Ila Coxford. Wife of the late Cyril "Mac" Thomson. Dearly loved mother of Paul Thomson (Barbara), Ross Thomson (Barbara), John Thomson (Susanne), and the late Peter Thomson. Cherished grandmother of Scott (late), Daniel, Peter, Kathleen, Kristin, Heather and Lesley; and great-grandmother of Caitlyn, Troy, Bradley, Dylan, Taylor, Kalia and Samantha. She was predeceased by her brother Edwin Coxford and by sisters Elizabeth Duncan and Ruth Fresque. Family and friends are invited to a ceremony in celebration of Kathleen's life to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2014 at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville. Following the service a gathering will take place in the Reception Centre. Private interment at Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte.
