- (Research):SIMPSON, William "Bill" Robert January 14, 1917 - April 1, 2003 Mr. Bill Simpson of Edmonton passed away at the age of 86 years. Bill is survived by his one daughter, Lynda (Les) Dombroski of Spring Lake, Alberta; three step-daughters, Judi, Pat and Cecile; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three brothers and one sister as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Bill was predeceased by his parents; two grandchildren; one sister and three brothers. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 5 at 1:00 p.m. from Parkland Fuenral Chapel, 3502 - 44 Avenue, Stony Plain with Pastor Terry Downie officiating. SIMPSON, William James June 5, 1915 - September 17, 2005 On September 17, 2005, at the age of 90, William James Simpson went to be with God. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Violet; his children, Daisy Hope, Andrew William Robert (Arlene), Richard Henry, Judith Ann Kay, Karen Faith Simpson-Borys (Barry); grandchildren, Jason (April), Daniela, Ashley, Chelsea and Andrew; adopted children and grandchildren, Silver, Rachelle, Gervais, Patrick, Amanda, Jelle and Tami. He is survived by his sister, Alma McTavish; his brothers, Ern and Gordon (Loretta); and his sister-in-law, Millie. He will also be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, many friends and neighbors. ?b?He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew William and Annie Elizabeth; ?/b?brothers, Charlie, Tom and Jim; and his sister, Annie. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.
