Loving father of Cheryl Cooper (Raymond). Cherished grandfather of Nancy Thompson (Doug) and Jim Bowes (Carolyne) and great grandfather of Randal, Dale, Katelyn, Jessie, Erika and Vanessa. Dear brother of the late Raymond Mains (the late Mabel). Sadly missed by his nephews Bill Mains (Cheryl), David Mains (Cheryl), Robert Mains (Nicola) and Howard Mains (Victoria). Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM on Wednesday. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 11 AM. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. In memory of Lester, donations to the Smiths Falls Community Hospital Foundation or Trinity United Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
