    Peacefully at the home of his daughter Myrtle and with his family at his side on Thursday, September 9, 2004, four days following his 94th birthday. Roy L. Thompson of Almonte Dearly loved husband for 68 years of Vera M. Argue and beloved father of Phyllis Dack (Glen) and Myrtle McNeely (Allan) both of Almonte and Linda Thompson of Ottawa. Special granddad of 5 grandsons; David, Arthur & Timothy Dack and Phillip & Matthew McNeely. Predeceased by his sister Mrs. Myrtle Brydges and also survived by many Brydges nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday to Almonte Baptist Church for Service at 11 a.m. Rev. Paul Benson officiating. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte. Donations in memory of Roy may be made to the Almonte Baptist Church and would be most appreciated by his family.     Phyllis D. Dack (nee Thompson)

    of Almonte, Ont. at the age of 81.

    Beloved wife and best friend of Glen Dack. Dearly loved and respected mother of David (Marianne), Arthur and Timothy. Especially loved grandma of Ruth Dack. Daughter of the late Roy and Vera (Argue) Thompson. Survived by her sisters, Myrtle McNeely (Allan) and Linda Thompson. Aunt to Phillip and Matthew McNeely.

    July 15, from 12 noon until time of Service at 2 PM.
