    MacDOWALL ? Suddenly in hospital, Carleton Place, Ontario on Tuesday, July 11, 2000. William Dawson MacDowall (of Carleton Place), Life Member of Mississippi Golf Club (RCAF WWII), at age BO. Beloved husband of the late Merlein R. Monterville. Dear father of Janice (Mrs. Ernest McCrank), Ottawa and Paul (Lorraine) MacDowall, Carleton Place. Also survived by 2 grandchildren Colleen and Ernest McCrank. Predeceased by 2 brothers Dr .Ross MacDowall and Don MacDowall. Friends called at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Elgin Street, Almonte for visiting on Wednesday. A private family Funeral Service was held in the Chapel on Thursday. Rev. Heather Kinkaid officiated. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery. Almonte. Donations made to the Carleton Place Hospital would be appreciated by the MacDowall family.
