?/b?Friday. May 11th. Florence Jane Slater, late of 2078 Hamilton St., Regina, passed away at the age of 79 years. Miss Slater Is survived by one brother, Mr. John Slater, of 2460 Montague St.. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Speers Funeral Home on Monday. May I4th at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Harry Mutchmor officiating. Interment will be in the family plot, Riverside Memorial Park.

Miss Margaret M. Slater, former official of the Ontario Manufacturing Company, died suddenly last Sunday night at a Martinsville sanitarium. Miss Slater, who resided at 321 1/2 E. Gilbert St., had gone to Martinsville a week ago for a rest.

Miss Slater is survived by a brother, John, and a sister, Miss Florence Slater, both of Saskatchewan, Canada. A niece resides in Washington, D.C.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and of the Altrusa Club. Miss Slater had for many years served as a director of the Ontario Manufacturing Company. She also had served as assistant secretary and assistant treasurer of that company.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Meeks mortuary Thursday at 3 p.m. Dr. A. W. Pugh will officiate, with entombment in the Elm Ridge mausoleum. Friends may call at the mortuary between 4 and 9 p.m. Wednesday. Business associates will served as pallbearers.
