    at her home on Friday, July 16, 1982, Laura Isabella McGregor, age 84 years, wife of the late John Arthur Steele. Mother of Aileen of Winchester, Ontario, Amy (Mrs Robert Kempster) and Patricia, both of Ottawa; Joan (Mrs Hemfrey Peake) of Brantham, England; Marion (Mrs David Mosey) of Guelph and Toronto and Dr John Steele of Sarasota, Florida. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren. Friends may call at Hulse and Playfair, Central Chapel, 315 McLeod Street, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Funeral at Trinity Anglican Church, Bank Street at Cameron Avenue, on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte, Ontario. Those wishing may donate to th Trinity Anglican Church or the Auld Kirk Restoration Fund, care of Barbara Galway, Almonte, Ontario.

Survived by sisters Amy (Mrs Robert Kempster) and Patricia, both of Ottawa, Joan (Mrs Hemfrey Peake) of Brantham, England; Marion (Mrs David Mosey) of Toronto and brother Dr John Steele of Sarasota, Florida. Friends may call at Hulse and Playfair, Central Chapel, 315 McLeod Street, after 12:30 p.m. Monday. Service in the Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte.
