DVR Charles Henry Munro (January 19, 1913-January 13, 1978) was son of John A. Munro and Elizabeth Young. He went into the services in May of 1940 and trained in Ottawa. He did not return from overseas until January of 1946. He was a brother of Harold, Gilbert, John, Clifford, Bill, Effie Stewart, Andrew, Hugh and Mary Power. He died in Carleton Place and is buried in the United Cemetery Clayton.
