    Plane Crash Victims' Names Told

    Atsugi, Japan (AP) -- The U.S. Navy today announced the names of 22 Navy men who were killed and eight survivors in the 16 Mar 1970 crash of an EC121 electronic spy plane at the Da Nang Air Base in Vietnam on Monday.
    The plane, which monitored North Vietnamese radio and radar transmissions, crashed as it was landing at the base. Stephen was a survivor.
