George Duncan listed as a 11 Con. Twp of Ramsay Fence Viewer from 4 Jan 1836 Ramsay Council Minutes. David Caldwell was Clerk.

From 16 Apr 1836 Ramsay Board of Commissioners minutes ....11th Line statute labour to be done from L 1 to 13 on 11th line. John Fumerton, the bridge at Duncan's & 9th (lot 9) Burn bridge, the remainder at the P Masters disposal.

11th Line from No 14 upwards Telford McDonald Cross road between No. 15 & 16.

12th Line from No 1 to 13 John Neilson, all to go to 11th. line. from No 14 upwards Thomas Madden, Cross Road between No. 10 & 11. Path Masters instruced to see all fences and other nuisances removed off of the roads and to report defaulters. Next meeting at the School-house Ramsay Ville.
