Mrs W.G. Chamberlain
The death occurred in the hospital at Ottawa following an illness of about a weeks' duration, of Gertrude Donnelly, wife of W.G. Chamberlain, 163 Arthur Street, Ottawa. Mrs Chamberlain was 59 years of age. She was a daughter of the late James Donnelly and Mrs Donnelly, formerly of Carleton Place and Beckwith, and had been a resident of the city for about ten years. Besides her mother and husband she leaves three sons, Harrison, Herbert and Roy, and five daughters, Ida, Reta, Irene, Audrey and Muriel, all of Ottawa. She also leaves two brothers and two sisters. The funeral was held from her late residence on Saturday afternoon to the Auld Kirk cemetery at Almonte.

Gertrude married William Gourlay Chamberlain in 1910. William (son of Noah Chamberlain and Isabelle Gourlay) was born on 23 Apr 1884 in Westmeath, Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada; died on 12 Dec 1955 in Ottawa Municipality, Ontario, Canada; was buried in Auld Kirk Cemetery, Ramsay, Mississippi Mills, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada.
