    - Mrs. Jas. Sadler, well known and highly esteemed resident of Pakenham township, died at her home on the 10th line on Sunday, February 24th, in her 75th year.
    Mrs. Sadler, the former Susanna Catherine McCann, was born in Pakenham, a daughter of the late Thomas McCann and his wife, Mary McKibbon.
    Mrs. Sadler had been ill only a short time having suffered a stroke about a week ago. In 1897 she married the late Jas. Sadler who died in 1918.
    The funeral was held from her late home on Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 to St. Mark's Anglican church where service was conducted by Canon Carryer.
    Surviving are two daughters' and one son, Iva, Mrs. George Amm of Ottawa , Mary Ellen, Mrs. Harvey Timmins of Pakenham, and Wm. Sadler, on the homestead. Of a family of four she is survived by one brother, Wesley, of Pakenham.
    Pallbearers were James McGill, James Needham, Thomas McGill, H. McCann, Allan McCann, Oswald Bingham. Interment took place in St Mark's cemetery.
