Luella was born 15 June 1942 in Lanigan, Saskatchewan. Her parents were Harold and Grace (Kirkness) Leggott who were farmers southeast of Lanigan. She grew up with one brother and three sisters on the family farm. After graduating from Lanigan High School, she attended Business College in Saskatoon. Lue married and had four children. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, miniatures, and singing in the church choir. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Bridge City Artists. She enjoyed laughing and making others smile. She will be missed by all her family.
