    Mr. John Russell (Russ) Garland, of Wevburn, Sask., passed away on April 20, 1985, in the Weyburn Union Hospital, at the age of 71 years. Survived by his wife; Lillian, one son; John (Jean), Weyburn, four daughters: Connie (Lome). High Prairie, Alta., Sandra (Jim), Judy (Neil), and Penny, all of Weyburn, 14 grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Predeceased by his parents; Howard and Annie Garland, one daughter; Laura, and one sister; Madge Evans. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 24, at 2:00 p.m., from the Chapel of the Weyburn Funeral Home, with Rev. Jack Wal-rath, officiating. Interment to take place in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Flowers gratefully declined. Those who wish may make donations to the Diabetic Fund. Arrangements In care of the Wevburn Funeral Home, Wevburn, Sask.
