Rested at the McPhail & Perkins Funeral Home, 85 Munro Ave. at Lorne, Renfrew, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Monday, and 10-10:45 am. ?/b?Mrs. Margaret Doreen Baker passed away at Bow View Manor, Calgary on Friday, November 10, 1995 at the age of 81 years. She will be greatly missed by her survivors, son Gary Baker and wife Joan of Calgary; daughter Sharon Papke and husband Cec of DeWinton; granddaughters, Tanya Cooper of Vancouver, and Jamie Marie Baker of Calgary; as well as many close friends and other family members. Doreen was predeceased by her husband George Philip Baker, and brother Morley Alexander of Renfrew, Ontario. Doreen was a graduate of Winnipeg General Hospital School of Nursing in May 1937 and practised nursing throughout her working career in Winnipeg, Regina and Calgary, until her retirement from Calgary Foothills Hospital in 1978. Gary Baker passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the age of 67 years.

Gary is survived by his wife and friend of many years Joan Baker; the light of his life and daughter Jamie Baker of Medicine Hat, AB; and his best furry four-legged friend Big Mac. He was predeceased and is survived by many important and cherished friends, family and pets.
