    Died:
    John Lucy (Lucier/Lussiers) is the son of Francis Xavier (Exebrus) and Delia Lussiers according to his marriage certificate. There were two Lucier families in 1861 in Cumberland. The families of Frances Lucier and Baptist Lucier appear next to each other in the census. Of note, Frances Lucier's wife was named Adelaide. These are John's parents. His brother John Baptiste Lucier born 8 Jun 1836, is FAG Memorial ID 115950159.

    John Lucy married Ann Hannah, daughter of William Hannah and Margaret Morrison, in 1864 in Cumberland, Ontario. It appears that Ann may also go by the name Nancy. She is the sister of Eliza HANNAH Edwards (1850-1922) FAG #29962378 and Elizabeth HANNAH Robinson (1852-1918) #190381588, according to Eliza's obituary.

    MRS. A. E. EDWARDS PAID LAST TRIBUTE

    Mrs. Margaret Lucy Hanna Edwards, for 50 years a resident of Montague, was buried from St. Beeds Anglican Church. Born in Cumberland County, she was in her 79th year. She was married to Alexander Edwards of Merrickville, Ont 52 years ago.

    Mrs. Edwards was a member of St. Beeds Church, and was a lady grande of L.O.L. 571 Montague. Orange rites were administered at her late home and the church service was conducted by Rev. J. W. Cornish.

    She is survived by 3 sons Basil of Timmins, Harold of Oshawa, and Leonard of Smiths Falls; two daughters, Mrs. T. Carr of Ottawa and Mrs. Mary Beer of Toronto; one sister, Mrs. J. McKellar of Parry Sound; three brothers, Samuel of Detroit and Thomas and Frederick in Saskatchewan; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

    Margaret married Alexander Edwards on 5 Nov 1884 in Merrickville, Leeds and Grenville United Counties, Ontario, Canada. Alexander (son of Robert Edwards and Margarite Fleming) was born in 1858; died in 1935 in Smiths Falls, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; was buried in St. Bede's Anglican Cemetery, Montague Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada.     er obituary was published in the Rideau Record on Dec 2, 1930. Nellie M. Code, wife of Alfred Code, a resident of Montague, died suddenly at her home on Friday evening. Deceased who was 39 years of age, was stricken with a heart attack and passed away within a short time. The late Mrs. Code, leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, two daughters, Sylvia and Alfreida and one son Clifford, all at home. She is also survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Edwards of Montague, also four brothers and two sisters, two of the brothers being Leonard and Basil Edwards of Smiths Falls. The funeral was held from her late home, in Montague on Monday afternoon last to St. Bede's Church, where the service was conducted by Capt. Alp, interment afterwards being made in the Church Cemetery. The florarl tributes were spray from Maple Leaf Lodge No. 571, L.O.B.A., and a wreath from the C.P.R. Shopmen. The bearers were W. Dillabough, W. Fitzgerald, W. Code, T. Douglas, H. Buchanan and James McCreary.
